You agree that as a term and condition of this service, Indie Assist and its affiliates makes no representation or warranties in any way regarding the airplay success of a particular project. It is fully understood that Indie Assist provides a service in which we construct,promote and submit your music as outlined in the radio packages you have selected and purchased.
As a purchaser of an Indie Assist promotion package as outlined on our website www.indieassist.net, you release Indie Assist from any and all liabilities such as copyright infringements or any other claim by a third party in connection with the submission, monitoring and tracking of any particular artist or song in which Indie Assist delivers in report form.
All intellectual property sent to us by you,is kept strictly confidential and only released to any 3rd parties as outlined in the packages you've agreed to purchased. We hold no claim whatsoever on the material you submit to us and only provide the service of submission and distribution on your behalf. At no time does Indie Assist guarantee 100% accuracy of all the content provided in its submissions nor does it guarantee you will receive airplay although we feel our program enhances your odds of success. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. For your protection on your recordings, we will not release any material without properly registered ISRC codes assigned to any /each recording you've submitted to us. Supplying us with accurate ISRC information denotes your ownership to YOUR recordings.
Purchaser (You) agree to our terms and conditions upon submission and your payment to the services we provide.

With submitted songs you generally provide (a) your artist/band name, email address and song information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; and (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; We may use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
This application does not give third parties access to your information without your express consent.

Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
